TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. GENERAL

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00 (In case of arrival after 20:00 please inform us in advance and we will send you self-check-in instructions).
  • We require that you present some form of valid photo identification upon check-in, preferably a valid passport, or national identity card. Driving licenses or student cards are not accepted as valid ID.
  • Check-out. Departing guests must remove all their belongings from their room, and check out, before 10 am.
  • Upon check-in each guests will receive a room key card. These key cards are activated for the period of stay only and must be handed back to reception or dropped into the box at reception when on check out.

2. AGE RESTRICTION & ROOM ALLOCATION

  • Age restriction. Customers under the age of 18 are only permitted to stay in private rooms. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

3. PAYMENT & CANCELATION POLICY

  • If you book the room /bunk bed longer than 14 days before arrival, there's no deposit to be paid.
  • You will be asked to pay 100% of the reservation 14 days before arrival. 
  • This payment is non-refundable. 
  • If you do not pay within 24hrs your reservation will be canceled. 
  • If you book later than 14 days within your arrival you will be asked to pay the whole amount and this payment is non-refundable. 
  • All payments are managed via online payments by card (i.e. VISA, MASTERCARD). Payment details will be sent to you via email.

4. GUEST BEHAVIOUR

  • Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and property.
    Quiet hours /Night calm is between 10 pm to 7 am.
    We reserve the right to request any guests who break the rules to leave the hostel without any refund. We also reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate act of the guest to the hostel's property.
    Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside of the building. Any guest found smoking within the building will be charged a compulsory fee of EUR 100 /2500 CZK.
    Smoking is permitted in front of the main gate.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY

  • Dormitories: Guests of the dormitories are asked to use the boxes at each bunk bed using a provided key within the Check-In. The provided key must be returned when checking out (dropping it into the box at the reception).
    Losing the key or not returning it during the checkout will be charged 5 EUR /100 CZK.
  • It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times. White Wolf House Hostel & Apartments accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage to property however sustained or caused.
